BUSIBER, the Cyber Security Center of the Department of Management Information Systems at Boğaziçi University, was established on December 1, 2016, as a project supported by the Istanbul Development Agency. Our primary objectives are to cultivate a highly qualified cybersecurity workforce, contribute to the cybersecurity capacity of public institutions, and emphasize the importance of indigenous cybersecurity solutions.

To achieve these goals, we organize free cybersecurity camps for university students, provide training programs for public institutions, and host summits that bring together domestic cybersecurity solution providers, academia, non-governmental organizations, and public institutions. Since 2017, we have also been offering professional consulting and training services to both public and private sector organizations to ensure the sustainability of our activities.
